Meetings of Pacifica Foundation Radio's Board of Directors and all of its standing committees are open to the public and sometimes include a public comment period. They will be posted here at least one week in advance of the scheduled date.
Local meetings are also posted on the stations' web pages.
Many meetings are telephone conferences which are streamed with links below (unless closed). Minutes will be posted here following their approval and acceptance. If a meeting was closed to the public (pursuant to FCC and CPB regulations), an explanation of the reason for closing will appear in the meeting's archive entry.
